  WORST pizza hut EVER!! The food is actually great but the service was awful! I ordered online and waited for the time to go off before loading all 3 kids into the car and driving to pick up my pizza order. Upon arrival the car in front of me places and order and instead of asking the car to pull forward to wait I sat in line an additional 20 mins. When I finally pull up to the window my order that was placed and supposed to be ready 20 mins ago was still NOT ready!! I smiled paid and took my items home... Once I get home and my children are eating pizza I look and see that its not even remotely close to the order I had placed. I then call and speak to someone about it and was like speaking to a wall... no one answered when spoken to... I was told to bring the PIZZA my kids ate off back to the store to exchange it for the correct order. Which is kind of gross to me because I feel like they would serve it to the public. So now in another 15 min I will drive back to the store with all three kids AGAIN to pick up my order! Which will probably have spit on it because I complained !! GREAT Monroeville Alabama is the absolute worst town to get fast food in period !

  Absolutely terrible. I called to ask about their personal pan pizzas and the associate on the phone yelled at me and said " I can't do anything for you until you give me your number!" I gave her my number and tried telling her what I wanted and she yelled yet again and said " just tell me what kind of pizza you want!" They need to start over with a whole new crew. The people working in there should NOT be working with the public!
